When you register an account on eluna.watch, we collect your nickname, email address, and encrypted password credentials. If you subscribe to a Pro or Ultra plan, payment processing and billing details are handled directly by Stripe; Eluna never stores your raw credit card number.
Private watch rooms are accessible only via their unique 6-character room code or invite link. Room playback state, chat messages, emoji reactions, and 3-second push-to-talk voice notes are transmitted only to active members inside your room in real time and are not sold or shared with third-party advertisers.
We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in and a functional locale cookie (eluna_locale) to remember your preferred interface language (English, Russian, Ukrainian, Japanese, or Korean). We also use Google Analytics to measure aggregate, anonymized page traffic.
We rely on trusted infrastructure partners strictly to operate the platform: Stripe for subscription billing and customer portal management, and embedded players (such as YouTube IFrame API) when you load a YouTube video link inside a watch room.
All traffic between your browser and eluna.watch is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. One-time verification codes (OTP) and passwords are stored using industry-standard cryptographic hashing. You may request deletion of your account and associated room data at any time.
